APPLE BUTTER--NOT AVAILABLE NOW
If you are not familiar with apple butter, it is a jam type
spread that is delicious on toast, bagels or with a peanut butter sandwich! It can also be used as a
flavoring in cake icings, fruit dips, added to sauces for cooking chicken or pork--use
your imagination! Perhaps the term 'apple butter' might have derived from the fact that this particular
fruit jam spreads like butter.

So many of you took advantage of our tables and pleasant outdoor area this season to picnic and/or enjoy some cider and crisp. We hope you made some special memories. It was an especially fun and exciting day when Crossroads Community Church from Ridgecrest visited about 100 strong to picnic and enjoy the fall weather on a remarkably pleasant October Saturday. Our facility is here for just that--your enjoyment with friends
and family! Make it a new tradition for 2010. While reservations are not necessary,
we would appreciate knowing about groups that plan to come that are in excess of
10 people.

Hello
