This apple treat is made by us nightly during apple season
only. Demand always outpaces our ability to supply this popular product, so please accept our apologies if we are sold

DAILY FRESH BAKED APPLE CRISP
Apple Crisp is baked fresh daily.
We offer two sizes, the family size that serves between six and eight, depending on
how heavy handed your portions are, and the individual size. Take it home or come and have some
here are the orchard. This sibling trio makes it a family tradition every fall!

BARB'S NUTTY APPLECAKE--A POPULAR FALL ITEM
All we can say is yum! yum!
A very moist and rich
cake with apples and walnuts incorporated in the dough. Frosted with cream
cheese icing. To insure your purchase of this item, advance ordering is advised as it is not as readily available as the
crisp. Call or email one day ahead of pickup. ORDERS BEING TAKEN NOW.
PUMPKIN BREAD
Yes, another little known 'secret' and favorite at the orchard.
Freshly baked mini loaves of pumpkin bread with walnuts. Moist and delicious. CAN BE FROZEN FOR THE
HOLIDAYS!

APPLE BUTTER
SOLD OUT! If you are not familiar with apple butter, it is a
jam type
spread that is delicious on toast, bagels or with a peanut butter sandwich! It can also be used as a
flavoring in cake icings, fruit dips, added to sauces when cooking chicken or pork--use
your imagination! Perhaps the term 'apple butter' might have derived from the fact that this particular
fruit jam spreads like butter.

SYRUP AND VINEGAR SOLD OUT! You will love the mild apple flavor of this syrup
atop your morning pancakes or waffles. It is also a great flavoring to add into chicken or pork meat
sauces. Try it--you'll like it!
Folks practically banged on the
countertop and begged for more of the Apple Chipotle Sauce when we first introduced it two years ago. It's zingy flavor
pleased many tastebuds--but you have to love zingy. How to use? Ribs, Chicken, Pork, Fish--just a fabulous all-around
condiment. AVAILABLE
Yes, we do make our own vinegar. At the end of each season, some fresh cider is
allowed to ferment. Then 'mother' of vinegar is added to the fermented cider and over the year, the mother changes the
cider to vinegar.

We have been stocking these tasty treats for years. These
yummy dried fruit treats come from New Mexico. The flavors offered this year are: Apple Pie, Strawberry, Kiwi, and
Apricot-Coconut.
So many of you took advantage of our tables and pleasant outdoor area this season to picnic and/or
enjoy some cider and crisp. We hope you made some special memories. Take a look at Crossroads Community Church
from Ridgecrest that visited us, 100 strong to picnic and enjoy the fall weather on a remarkably pleasant October 2010
Saturday. 
Our facility is here for just that--your enjoyment with friends
and family. Make it a new tradition for 2011.
Reservations for groups of 10 or more is advised.
Special
arrangements can be made for tour busses. In addition to the Crossroads Church caravan, a bussed group of Red Hat
Ladies did just that last fall.

HOW TO FIND US IN TEHACHAPI
Follow the written instructions OR
Google our address: 1437 Casey Drive, Tehachapi, CA
From the Antelope Valley, take Highway 14 north to Highway 58
west to Tehachapi. Take the first Tehachapi offramp, turn left (west) on Tehachapi
Blvd. to the first street, Steuber Road, and turn left (south). At the intersection of
Steuber Road and Highline Road, turn right (west). Pass Dennison Road, pass
Curry Street and one half mile later is Casey Drive--look for our sign! Turn right on
Casey (north) and continue one block ahead to our location.
From
Bakersfield take Highway 58 east to Tehachapi. Take the first offramp at Tucker
Road and continue on Tucker (south) to Highline Road. Turn left on Highline and
continue one half mile to Casey Drive and turn left (north) and drive down one block
to our location.
